Src kinase activator

Sequence is from hamster polyoma virus middle T inclusive of Tyr324. This 11-residue phosphopeptide activates Src family members by binding with high affinity (Kd=3-6 nM for Src SH2) to their SH2 domains. The crystal structures of this peptide complexed to Src and Lck SH2 domains have been determined.
