To measure the 'spot concentrations' of carbon dioxide for use with an Accuro® pump. Uses include determination and measurement of concentration peaks, personal exposure in the inhalation area, detection of leaks in pipelines or gas installations, air analysis in sewers, shafts and confined spaces.

• Benzene 5/a and 15/a with prelayer retains toluene and xylene causing a reddish brown discolouration
• If xylene and toluene levels are too high, the entire prelayer up to the indicating layer is descoloured making benzene mesurement impossible
• Petroleum hydrocarbons, alcohols, esters do not affect the indication for these two tubes

One stroke is equivalent to a volume of 100 ±5 ml of gas passing through the tube.
