The ImmunoReagents DyLight® 594 conjugates generate red fluorescence and shows wide excitation wavelength separation from green fluorophores for multi-color applications with reduced bleedthrough. The physical characteristics of DyLight® 594 are comparable to other 594 dyes. DyLight® 594 is available for use in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, Western blotting, ELISA, high-content screening and other array platforms. Excitation/Emission = 593 nm / 618 nm Emission Color = Red (Similar Dyes: Alexa Fluor 594, Texas Red).
