The 'Digitronic' universal precision ovens of the 2000 series with microprocessor control and digital display of temperature with pre-set programmable run time and pre-set temperature monitoring using a Pt100 sensor probe. The inner chamber and pre-mixing chamber are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and epoxy coated exterior. The shelves are made of stainless steel, with adjustable height positions for shelves and guides and with flexible silicone door gasket around the entrance of the door. The homogeneously distributed shielded heating elements ensures complete air circulation throughout. The turbo fan made of AISI 304 stainless steel makes to circulate the air at the working temperature. The models are available either with toughened double safety glass door for viewing the contents of the oven without having to open the door or with the solid metal door.
