Pour la recherche de résidus d'antibiotiques et de sulfonamides selon Kundrat. La suspension de spores Geobacillus stearothermophilus est utilisée en association avec le test en gélose pour la recherche de résidus d'antibiotiques et de sulfonamides selon Kundrat, code art. 1.10662. Le test détecte les résidus antimicrobiens tels que les antibiotiques, les sulfonamides et autres produits chimiothérapeutiques dans la viande et autres substances alimentaires d'origine animale. C'est une procédure qualitative de routine. Ce test est basé sur la diffusion en gélose, avec des spores de Geobacillus stearothermophilus servant d'organismes tests. Les résidus d'antibiotiques et de sulfonamides inhibent la croissance de l'organisme test. Les produits nettoyants, désinfectants et conservateurs n'ont pas d'effet sur le test.
