Capsules d'évaporation
En éliminant les solvants excédentaires d’un mélange, les capsules d’évaporation concentrent une substance pour faciliter les analyses quantitatives. Grâce à leur résistance thermique, elles permettent de chauffer des mélanges au bec Bunsen et d’évaporer efficacement les solutions ou surnageants. Fabriquées généralement en porcelaine ou en verre borosilicaté, les capsules d’évaporation, chimiquement inertes, possèdent une surface lisse émaillée ou cuite afin d’éviter d’endommager le matériel pendant le traitement. Le bec verseur permet un transfert facile de l’échantillon après la préparation.
