The Fluoro™ Protease Assay Kit is designed for the quantitative determination of proteases present in a protein sample. The assay uses fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-labelled casein as a general protease substrate. The fluorescein label on the FITC-casein is highly quenched.
