Sorbants TLC
Les sorbants TLC sont utilisés comme phases stationnaires dans les procédures de chromatographie impliquant des plaques de chromatographie sur couche mince. Ces substances standardisées absorbent des liquides ou des gaz pour des séparations fiables en microanalyse biologique. Bien que la silice gélifiée polyvalente soit la phase stationnaire la plus utilisée, la cellulose, les échanges ioniques polymériques, la silice gélifiée imprégnée et la phase chirale sont également proposés. Selon les propriétés chimiques relatives, le sorbant TLC approprié peut inclure un indicateur fluorescent pour couvrir les gammes ultraviolettes ou des liants pour une stabilité accrue.
