Masterflex® Pump Leak Detector Sensors, Avantor®

Sensors shut down the pump drive in less than 1 second in the event of fluid leak or tubing failure.

Leak detectors may be used with pumps that have an Open Head Sensor (OHS) input on the front panel or via the START/STOP input on the rear DB25 Interface Connection. Connection to START/STOP input requires use of Interface Adaptor (77097-24) and Extension Cable (77097-26). The leak detectors are also compatible with the Masterflex® Pump Head Interlock Adapter (77097-00). When connected to the OHS input, the pump will stop and remain stopped when a leak is detected. The pump must be restarted by START/STOP key or remote input. When connected to the START/STOP input, the pump will stop when a leak is detected but may restart automatically when the leak condition is cleared.
