The Verso™ qRT-PCR system combines the Verso™ RT enzyme with ABsolute™ Blue qPCR master mix to provide maximum convenience and versatility. Available in a 1- or 2-step format, as well as multiple pack sizes, to suit all application and throughput requirements.
- The combining of Verso™ enzyme and Thermo-Start™ Taq polymerase gives sensitive results from low copy number RNA template
- Inert blue dye for easy visualisation of the qRT-PCR reaction
- No need to perform an RNase H digestion after cDNA synthesis, therefore streamlining the reaction protocol
- RT enhancer saves time by eliminating the need for DNase treatment of samples
