Blood-brain barrier permeable amyloid β fluorescent marker. Blue fluorophore. Derivative of Congo Red and Chrysamine G. Selectively binds fibrillar β-sheet deposits with high affinity (Ki =26,8 nM). Detects plaques, tangles and cerebrovascular amyloid in vivo.
