• External VCF or FM modulation, AM modulation
• Internal linear or logarithmic sweep, external via BNC socket
• Offset independent of attenuator
• Continuously variable duty cycle on all ranges
• CMos function
• Safety: Class II; IP 31; 50 Ω and TTL output protected up to ±60 V

GF 266, 12 MHz bandwidth: A Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) function generator with very high frequency accuracy (0,005%) and low distortion (<0,1%) of the sine waveform.

GF 467F and GF 467AF, 5 MHz bandwidth: Function generator with high waveform quality and reciprocal frequency counter 50 MHz. GF 476AF has a 15 W output capability.
