Digest native collagen fibrils in connective tissues with Collagenase Type I (0,25%). This Collagenase Type I solution has been optimised for the preparation of cell suspensions, dissociation of mouse embryoid bodies (EBs), and solubilisation of collagen gels. Sourced from Clostridium histolyticum, this enzymatic preparation contains the activity of several proteases, including collagenase, caseinase, clostripain, and trypsin.
