The data logger is specifically designed for monitoring pasteurization processes, particularly in beverage cans or bottles. The sensor needle is inserted externally into the beverage packaging and securely fastened.

The EBI 12-T26x data logger is designed for pasteurization control in beverage cans or bottles. Its Pt 1000 sensor, featuring a blunt, axial probe (M10 thread, Ø 6 mm, various lengths), is inserted and secured into the packaging. Operating within a temperature range of –55 to +140 °C with an accuracy of ±0.3 °C between –40 and +140 °C, this robust logger is ideal for routine quality assurance checks in production. The device comes with factory calibration for dependable performance.
