The EBI 11-T210 temperature data logger is ideal for versatile routine checks in the food and pharmaceutical industries. With an extended measuring range (–30 to +140 °C), high–quality PT1000 sensor, very small size that allows it to fit easily into most bottles or small packaging, robust IP 68 protection class, and the option of use in autoclaves, it ensures reliable pasteurisation control and food safety.

This data logger was developed for routine checks in the food and pharmaceutical industries, with a special focus on the requirements of canning factories. Its very small size allows it to be placed inside small containers or between tightly packed items, ensuring accurate temperature monitoring even in the most space-constrained environments.
