PI3 kinase inhibitor

This unique SH2 domain ligand is derived from the sequence flanking Tyr751 of the PDGF receptor. It inhibits the PI 3-kinase p85 C-terminal SH2 domain (IC50=14,2 µM). It contains the nonhydrolyzable phosphotyrosine mimetic L-O-(2-malonyl)tyrosine (OMT) and is provided as the trimethyl ester for greater cell permeability.
