PTP substrate

This sequence, RRLIEDNEpYTARG, is the v-Src (412-422) autophosphorylation site and this peptide contains a phosphorylated tyrosine. Useful in a nonradioactive tyrosine phosphatase assay and as a competitive tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor.
