Substrate for cathepsin S and cathepsin L

Sensitive fluorogenic substrate for cathepsin S and cathepsin L. Also cleaved by cathepsin B, cathepsin V, kallikrein 8, and factor VIIa/TF but not cathepsin K nor kallikrein 2. Ex.: 380 nm, Em.: 460 nm, although the following Ex/Em can also be used: 355,375/440,450. This substrate is useful for inhibitor screening and kinetic analysis.
