His Buffer Kit contains carefully prepared buffer concentrates for binding, washing, and elution of histidine-tagged proteins according to recommended protocols. Moreover, a method for optimization of imidazole concentration in the binding buffer is described.

His Buffer Kit can be used in combination with a number of column types, such as His SpinTrap, His MultiTrap FF, His MultiTrap HP, His GraviTrap, HisTrap FF, HisTrap FF crude and HisTrap HP
Levering: Kit contains 2×100 ml phosphate 8X stock solution (pH 7,4) and 100 ml highly pure 2 M imidazole (pH 7,4).
Let op: Storage: 4 to 30 °C.
