VWR® Taq DNA Polymerase has both a 5' to 3' DNA polymerase and a double strand 5' to 3' exonuclease activity. It leaves an A overhang, which makes the enzyme ideal for TA cloning.

An optimal buffer system is critical for the performance of successful PCR.
