For rapid determination in accordance with Weender, Van Soeste et al. Use fine mesh bags to weigh the sample. A glass diffuser is then placed inside the bag, allowing the reagents to diffuse freely. Six samples can be processed simultaneously: clean, boil in sulphuric acid, rinse, boil in KOH, rinse again and dry.
