VICI Jour PEEK unions are usable with most common HPLC solvents (organic and inorganic) without the risk of corrosion, metal contamination, or protein degradation that might occur with stainless steel. Connections to these PEEK unions can be made with any 10 to 32 fitting that uses a polymeric ferrule. The unions use the standardized Valco fitting details with smooth transition of the taper into the threaded part.

The Easy-Flange flange-rolling tool has been developed for flanging all PTFE and PTFE-like tubes with Ext.Ø between ¹/₁₆' and ¹/₈' where fittings requiring a flange.
