Fluorogenic substrate for caspase-3 with Km=9.7µM. Also a substrate for caspase-1, -4, -7 and -8. The peptide sequence is based on the PARP cleavage site Asp216 for caspase-3. Ex.: 340 to 360 nm, Em.: 440 to 460 nm.
