Resources and Programming
To support our associates on their journey to develop their talents and build stronger connections with others, we offer resources that encourage learning, reflection and growth:
- Inclusive Leadership Toolkit equips leaders with practical strategies to foster collaboration, engagement and high-performing teams.
- Global Language Learning Program provides free access to language learning across all regions, supporting better communication, connection and personal growth.
- Monthly Listening Sessions and Open Discussions are regular opportunities for associates to share perspectives and personal experiences, provide feedback and build mutual understanding – key to our culture.
- Inclusion & Belonging Certification Academies is available to all associates and focuses on behaviors such as communication strategies and critical thinking skills to lead a global team across cultures, understanding of perspective when managing challenging conversations, and building connections with a team.

Associate-Centric Teams (ACTs)
Avantor’s eight associate-centric teams (ACTs), our version of employee resource groups (ERGs), welcome all associates to participate in events and activities that celebrate our varied backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. By fostering belonging and connectivity, ACTs support our broader talent strategy – helping to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Avantor’s ACTs offer meaningful opportunities to learn from one another, broaden perspectives and build leadership skills. Participation is open to all associates regardless of identity, background or experiences. This approach strengthens relationships across the organization and contributes to a more connected and collaborative culture.
Our ACTs include: Avantor Latinos Moving Ahead (ALMA), Diverse Abilities, Global Black, New Professionals, Pan Asian Middle East, PRIDE, Women in Business and VETS.
