High performance liquid chromatography has numerous advantages such as high sensitivity, fast analysis, flexibility concerning sample size, a large variety of selectivities, and being amenable to automation. However, the direct injection of matrix-rich samples onto a chromatographic column, without reasonable sample preparation, is in most cases problematic and may lead to irreversible column contamination. How can you find the best combination between sample preparation and chromatography? This webinar will discuss the latest advances in sample preparation, and provide you with examples of how selected monolithic silica columns could guarantee maximum method economy.
