Das qScript™ Einschritt-Mastermix maximiert die Aktivität sowohl der reversen Transkriptase als auch der PCR-Enzyme und minimiert gleichzeitig die Primer-Dimer-Bildung. Für hohe Spezifität sorgt die AccuStart™ Taq DNA-Polymerase, die von monoklonalen Antikörpern gebunden wird, um einen optimalen Hot-Start zu ermöglichen. Nach der Erwärmung auf 95 °C denaturieren die Antikörper irreversibel und setzen vollständig aktive und unveränderte Taq DNA-Polymerase frei. Die One Step qRT-PCR Kits sind für RTPCR Geräte, inklusive Geräten, welche einen normalisierten ROX Farbstoff benötigen, verfügbar.
