Anti-STX6 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Syntaxins are type II integral membrane proteins localized to membranes that regulate vesicle transport, protein maturation, and exocytosis. Syntaxin 1A resides in the nerve terminals of sensory neurons and nerve fibers reaching small blood vessels. Syntaxin 2 localizes to the apical plasma membrane and regulates epithelial-mesenchymal interactions. Syntaxin 6 is primarily localized to the trans-Golgi network, and partially co-localizes with AP-1 on clathrin-coated membranes. Syntaxin 13 is ubiquitously expressed and localizes to the tubular early and recycling endosomes, as well as endosomal vacuoles.

Anti-Membrin Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Membrin, also known as GS27 (Golgi SNARE of 27K), is an integral membrane protein present on the surface of the Golgi apparatus. GS27 is a member of a protein complex that consists of cis-Golgi vesicle receptor syntaxin 5 and GS28, v-SNARE rbet1 and Rsec22, and Rsly1. These complexes are postulated to direct the fusion of ER-derived vesicles with vesicular tubular cluster (VTC), and the fusion of VTCs to form cis-Golgi compartment.

Nω-Methyl-L-arginine monoacetate ≥99% (durch TLC)
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Competitively inhibits the generation of NO from arginine and is a useful tool for inhibition of NO mediated effects. In vitro, L-NMMA inhibits relaxation of rat aorta rings induced by acetylcholine (IC50=9.5µM). In vivo, it causes a dose dependent increase in mean arterial blood pressure in anesthetized rats (EC50=16.7mg/kg).

Anti-VAMP2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Vesicle-associated membrane protein (VAMP), also known as synaptobrevin, is an 18 kDa integral membrane protein localized to the cytoplasmic surface of synaptic vesicles. Two VAMP homologs, VAMP1 and VAMP2, are differentially expressed in the nervous system. VAMP2 is found in neurons associated with autonomic, sensory and integrative functions, and in non-neuronal Langerhans islets and glomerular cells. VAMP is a component of a 20S complex implicated in vesicle docking and fusion, the formation of which involves the interaction of VAMP with syntaxin through an ATP-dependent reaction modulated by synaptotagmin, SNAP-25, alpha-SNAP, and NSF.

Anti-RSEC8 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
rSec6 and rSec8 are rat homologs of the yeast Sec6 and Sec8 proteins that are essential for protein transport between the Golgi apparatus and the plasma membrane. In yeast, Sec8 is part of a 19.5S complex that includes Sec6 and Sec15, that also associate with the ras-like GTP binding protein Sec4. An analogous 17S complex in rat brain was found to contain rSec6 and rSec8, along with eight proteins with a combined molecular weight of 743 kDa. The membrane-associated rSec6/8 complex co-immunoprecipitates with syntaxin, providing evidence that this complex is involved in synaptic vesicle docking and fusion at the presynaptic terminal.

Anti-MHC1 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
HLA-class I major histocompatibility (MHC) antigens are intrinsic membrane glycoproteins expressed on nucleated cells and noncovalently associated with an invariant beta2 microglobulin. They carry foreign determinants important for immune recognition by cytotoxic T cells, thus important for anti-viral and anti-tumour defence. Human HLA-class I antigens are represented by HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C molecules.

Anti-FKBP59 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: KN382/EC1]
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
FKBP59, also known as Hsp56/p59 is an immunophilin that is a component of Hsp70/Hsp90/steroid receptor complexes. Expression of FKBP59 is increased in response to heat shock and ischemic stress, and is thought to play a role in the folding and cytoplasmic/nuclear distribution of steroid receptors.

Postsynaptic density protein 95 kDa (PSD-95), also known as Synapse associated protein 90 kDa (SAP90), is a brain specific protein that is highly similar to the Drosophila dlg tumor suppressor protein. PSD-95 is a member of membrane associated proteins that are localized beneath the postsynaptic membrane of synapses in the CNS. PSD-95 interacts with NMDA receptor and Shaker-type K+ channels and contributes to their clustering and localization at the synaptic spines in hippocampal neurons and the pinceau terminal of cerebellar basket cells, respectively.

Anti-Bradykinin Receptor 1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
Bradykinin (BK) is a nine-amino acid peptide produced by kallikrein cleavage of kininogen precursor proteins in tissue and plasma, and is an important regulator of vascular and pain responses to tissue injury. Two receptors (B1 and B2) have been identified as mediators of BK signaling, and are both members of the seven-transmembrane domain-containing G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) family. The B2 receptor is constitutively expressed in smooth muscle and neurons, whereas B1 expression is induced following tissue injury or during inflammation. The B2 receptor displays high affinity for BK and Lys-BK peptide agonists, while the B1 receptor displays highest affinity to des-Arg9-BK and des-Arg10-kallidin. Both receptors are best characterized as signaling via coupling to Gq alpha subunits (particularly Gq/11), leading to activation of phospholipase C beta, hydrolysis of PI, and an intracellular increase in free calcium, although coupling through Gi, Gs, and G12/13 has also been observed.

Anti-TOP2A Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [clone: 1C5]
Supplier: Enzo Life Sciences
DNA-topoisomerase II, also known as Topo II or Top 2, is a multifunctional nuclear enzyme required during DNA replication, chromosome disjunction at mitosis, and other DNA-related activities because of its ability to alter DNA supercoiling. In mammalian cells, Topo II consists of two isozymes, Topo II-alpha (170kDa) and Topo II-beta (180kDa) and expression and localization of each isoform are distinct and stage specific during the cell cycle. Topo II-beta is expressed constitutively throughout the cell cycle, whereas the expression of Topo II-alpha is cell cycle-regulated, peaking in G2 to M phase and declining to a minimal level at the end of M phase. DNA-topoisomerase II is the target of some of the most active drugs used in chemotherapy and has been shown to have a critical role in neural development.
