Der Masterflex Ultrapharm™ L/S®-Pumpenkopf, Teil der Masterflex®-Produktlinie, ist für maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für den Einsatz im Füll-/Finishschritt konzipiert. Dieser Pumpenkopf erzeugt sanfte, niedrige Impulse und eine hochpräzise Dosierung und Durchflussmenge, um optimale Integrität und Gleichmäßigkeit zu gewährleisten. Der Pumpenkopf ist mit versetzten Rollen ausgestattet und sorgt für einen linearen Durchfluss über den gesamten Durchflussbereich. Während eine Rolle Flüssigkeit durch einen Schenkel des Doppel-Y-Rohrsatzes zieht, drückt die andere Rolle Flüssigkeit durch den anderen Schenkel. Außerdem ermöglichen Doppelkanäle eine niedrigere Drehzahl, um „Einkanal“-Durchflussraten zu erreichen. Eine niedrigere Drehzahl bedeutet geringere Scherkräfte, um die Flüssigkeits- und Molekularintegrität aufrechtzuerhalten.

Die Integrationsfunktion des Drucksensors liefert Einzelpunkt-Druckwerte in Echtzeit an die Pumpenschnittstelle. Sorgen Sie für zusätzliche Zuverlässigkeit in Ihren Prozessen, indem Sie Alarme für hohe/niedrige Sollwerte konfigurieren. Der Alarm kann so eingestellt werden, dass er entweder eine Warnung und/oder eine Pumpenabschaltung auslöst.
