Conical bend testers

These Bend Test Mandrels are designed to bend coated panels over a conical shaped mandrel in order to assess the elasticity or resistance of a coating, paint or varnish to cracking, elongation and/or detachment from a metal test panel.

• Sturdy apparatus in a combination of anodized aluminium and stainless steel
• Large knob on bending arm for easy and smooth bending
• Quick lock panel clamp (for Pro model only)

The 'Pro' model is secured by a quick lever handle, that locks and unlocks the panel, in a split second using just hand.

The 'Basic' model is secured by two clamping knobs, which have to be tightened and untightened, by turning respectively clockwise or anticlockwise.

Test panel size: 100×180 mm - Maximum panel thickness: 0,8 mm
