Lomeguatrib ≥98% MGMT inhibitor

Potent O⁶-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MGMT) inhibitor (IC₅₀ =9 nM). Inhibits recombinant human ATase (IC₅₀ =5 nM). Shows antitumor effects in vivo. Enhances antitumor effects of temozolomide.
