Fixed-Angle Titanium Rotor Package, Type 42.2 Ti, Optima

The Type 42.2 Ti rotor package, rated for 42000 rpm (min⁻¹), is a fixed angle rotor designed to centrifuge up to 72 tubes at a 30° angle to the axis of rotation. Used in Beckman Coulter class H, R, and S preparative ultracentrifuges, the rotor develops centrifugal forces that can efficiently separate intact viruses, microsomes, and lipoproteins in small-volume samples.
