Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilised Human CD27 (Cat. No. CD7-H522b) at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human CD27 Ligand, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin (Cat. No. CDL-H525a) with a linear range of 0,2 - 6 ng/ml (QC tested).
