Micro BCA™ protein assay kit is a specialised version of Pierce™ BCA protein assay for determining the protein concentration of dilute samples.

Mixing together the three Micro BCA™ reagents results in a working solution that is sufficiently concentrated to measure protein when mixed with an equal volume of sample. The result is an assay for accurately measuring 0,5 to 20 µg/ml protein solutions. The assay is exceptionally linear and exhibits very low levels of protein-to-protein variability.
