Für den Antibiotika-Sulfonamid-Rückstandstest gemäß KUNDRAT. Die Geobacillus stearothermophilus Sporen-Suspension wird zusammen mit dem Test-Agar zur Durchführung des Antibiotika-Sulfonamid-Rückstandstest gemäß KUNDRAT verwendet, Best.-Nr. 1.10662. Mit dem Test werden antimikrobielle Rückstände, wie Antibiotika, Sulfonamide und andere Chemotherapeutika in Fleisch und anderen vom Tier stammenden Lebensmitteln erkannt. Es ist ein routinemäßiges qualitatives Verfahren. Der Test basiert auf der Agar-Diffusion, mit Sporen von Geobacillus stearothermophilus als Testorganismen. Rückstände von Antibiotika und Sulfonamiden hemmen das Wachstum von Testorganismen. Reinigungs-, Desinfektions- und Konservierungsmittel beeinflussen das Testergebnis nicht.
