Die Proben werden in einem denaturierenden Lysepuffer, der RNasen inaktiviert, lysiert. Die Bindungsbedingungen werden angepasst und das Lysat wird in eine 96 Well HiBind® RNA-Platte übertragen, in der die RNA über drei Waschschritte aufgereinigt wird. Die qualitativ hochwertige RNA wird dann in RNase-freiem Wasser eluiert. Die mithilfe der E-Z 96® Total RNA-Methode aufgereinigte RNA ist bereit für Anwendungen wie RT-PCR, qPCR, Differential-Display, Mikroarrays und andere Folgeanwendungen.
