Hochleistungs-Filtrationstrichter unterstützen beim Auffangen von festen Bestandteilen in Flüssigkeiten. Eingegossene Flüssigkeiten werden per Vakuumsog durch gesinterte Scheiben oder perforierte Platten geleitet und fließen durch lange, abgewinkelte Ausläufe ab. Gängige Modelle im Hirsh- oder Büchner-Stil mit Rillen verhindern Luftstau und beschleunigen den Arbeitsablauf. Dank ihrer chemischen und thermischen Beständigkeit eignen sich diese Trichter auch für aggressive Substanzen und wiederholte Sterilisationsverfahren. Die Modelle variieren in Fassungsvermögen, Porosität und Größe für Filterpapier.
