Kapillarelektrophorese-Systeme
Kapillarelektrophorese-Systeme trennen Molekülgemische basierend auf individueller Größe und Ladung. Durch Anlegen einer Spannung an die Pufferlösung wandern die beeinflussten Ionen mit dem elektrischen Feld unterschiedlich schnell durch die Kapillarröhrchen. Mit hochsensiblen Elektroden fördern die Kapillarelektrophorese-Systeme die Bewegung von Anionen zur Anode und die Anziehung von Kationen durch die Kathode. Diese analytische Technik liefert schnellere Ergebnisse und eine Trennung mit höherer Auflösung als andere Methoden.
